Quite partial to my gas grill, thank you very much.

Try this one some time.

Chicken breasts marinated in 1 bottle of beer, 1 cup of vineger and a quarter cup Soy Sauce.
A pinch of salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder are each optional.

Dust lightly with Lawry's Seasoned Salt before popping on grill.

Use both Mesquite and hickory wood chips
(I guess you're supposed to soak those in water. Didn't know that before )
