I've talked to people about this before. Yes, I do use my car for therapy. When I'm stressed out from work, I like to do a project on the Mustang. My mind completely focuses on the the project at hand so I am able to clear my mind of everything else. It's a pain when stuff goes wrong during the project, but it's easily overcome and there is always an end to the work. I find it relaxing.
