I could never quite get it perfect.

You have .075X.047 metering rods. You could try a set of .070X.047. Also you have yellow springs(4" of vac. they go on the rich step) You could get pink springs(7" of vac.). You can try to richen the mixture screws. They have slotted idle ports for some off idle usefullness. They are on the front of the carb(Turn out for a richer mixture) The rods/springs are easy to do.(5 min. if your slow).

Me I got a holley. I think you wrote in another post you didn't like yours, but my edlebrock didn't like ram-air so I needed vac. secondarys. I was never a holley fan but mines new and it works awesome. Edlebrock should make some vac. sec. carbs.
