WOW!!!
A lot has changed since i last replied to a post of this nature. I am 19(soon to be 20). I have just finished my Pastry Chef apprenticship at a Wonderful German restaurant and bakery here in Atl. I run my own small catering buisness wich is enough to fund my speed addiction. I have been accepted to Johnson and Wales University in Providence RI, which is pretty much the best culinary school in the nation. I will be moving in August to attend for 4 years and earn my BA in Culinary arts. After school i will either join PANOZ Motrosports as one of their LaMans circuit chefs, or train in France for 4 years. All in all i plan on opening my restaurant in New England by the time i am 28.
