![]() Mercury beat me to it again. In 69 the only differnce between the mach 1 and the fastback was a couple of stickers, different taillights, a rear and front spoiler, a clock in the dash board and the fins down the back window. All it ever has been is an apperance package. It had nothing to do with motor. Chase in point I have a R code 428 fastback non mach 1. Besides most mach 1s I ever see are 351s.
