Ok, this guy was probably talkin smack.
First off, there are only a couple of aftermarket twin turbo setups for sale for the supra (HKS) As for this guys trap, I can run that with BPU (basic performance upgrades)and click off a 12.0 to 12.2 As for the twin setup vs the single turbo, someone made a comment about twins having less lag then a single, it really depends, but in most cases the twins have way more lag then a nice sized single I think you hit the nail on the head Eric.
