Funny you should mention 28 years old. I went through a deep depression at 28 years old. It lasted for about one year and I was wondering if I would ever feel better again.
Now Im 33, have my own garage, a beautiful wife, and Im a lot happier. It can happen to you too, so dont ever give up. Remember, tough times dont last, tough people do. Decide what you dont like about your life, and try to change it for the better. Work on something within your reach now, and slowly things will change. I made a move from New York State to Georgia, and my life changed almost instantly for the better, so yes, sometimes a move or a new job can lead the way.
