![]() The Cobra lower will work with the Explorer upper no problem. It is not neccasary to drill and tap a hole for the air temp sensor on '94-'95 5.0's. For these years Ford relocated the sensor to the air intake box/tract. You will need to buy an adaptor elbow for the trottle body. Ford Racing and Edelbrock make them. Get the Edelbock part because the Ford doesn't have a provision for the vacuum fitting that is on you'r stock upper. The fitting screws into the plenum on the back of the elbow bend and has to nipples for vacuum lines. I put the Ford elbow on a guys Explorer intake and had to build custom vacuum lines back there becasue of this. So as long as you have the Explorer upper and the Edelbrock throttle body elbow you should be ready for action.
