One time when I was living in a ground floor apartment, I had the curtains open on our big front window that faces the parking lot. We lived right by the college too so there were always girls around. Anyways, my roommate walks out of the bathroom just after he got up (about noon) in just his boxers and reaches in and scratches his nuts, he stops and looks up and there are three chicks staring into our window with him with his hand down his pants! It was priceless
