![]() Sorry to say, not all the 1989 5.0's had trac-lok. My Uncle is the owner of a 1989 GT Vert, thing is clean as hell. Very nice, 67k or so. The axle stamp indicated he has a one wheel wonder. Forgot what the code is, I'd have to ask him. You'll have to check your numbers, Ford could tell you by running the VIN, you may just need to rebuild the unit. They do wear out after a while. I'm lucky as hell, got 151k on mine, and it's still working good.
