Congratulations, Dan!
It takes real willpower and determination to lose weight and I've seen many try and fail, but you're doing it successfully and that deserves some praise and appreciation. Good example too, for those who have a weight problem brought on by inactivity and poor diet. I salute you dude and wish you well as the pounds continue to roll off. Nice goin'! Now, just don't go anorexic on us! |
