I would expect the GA laws to change soon. I have flown in and out of Atlanta 8 or 9 times in the past 2 years, and the smog there is alot worse than it is in L.A. Watch out for stricter emissions testing.
Sky- With the exception of the Texaco on Victoria by Salzars, I haven't seen 92 octane around here since they got rid of leaded 76 Super. I'm sure some stations carry it, but 91 has pretty much been the standard for years. You can buy 110 at Ventura Raceway on Saturday nights when there's racing. Bring your own 5 gallon fuel bottle.
