they are 351C heads and I can'tremember if ford modified the heads to fit on the winsor block or it ford modified the block to fit on the heads. If they modified the heads they will bolt onto a winsor. Even if the heads don't bolt you can make them work, but you have to modify the water passages. Then again you might be able to sell them for more that 250 bucks. Sorry if this seams rushed but i gotta go to school now.
