You can put Cleveland heads on a Windsor. It's a bit of a pain, some adapter is necessary if I remember right. The water jackets are different.

The Boss 302 heads will flow about 290cfm intake, stock, and the intake manifold will necessitate you go to carb. I doubt you'd be able to find an EFI intake you could mod to fit it, and even if you could, getting it to flow 8000+rpms would be a little hard.

To put it another way, the Boss heads will out-flow Stage III Twisted Wedge units by quite a bit. Ported they can do more than 330cfm.
