this post is about wiper blades ON the headlights, like some Mercedes, Volvos, etc.. have, not about having your wipers on while your headlights are on in the rain, which is a totally unrelated issue. Vector- my friends Saturn could turn the daytime running lights off by pulling up on the emergencey brake handle while the engine was still running.
