Im sorry, but there is on way you got a 347 with those heads and the transmission put together for only $3000.
I agree, I think you will know what it takes to hit 11's. I would not go with a 331 or 347 stroker. Thats maybe another 40-50hp at best, and its going to cost a lot more. Your either going to need a lighter car with a high compression 306 with a high revving cam and heads, and deep gears with suspension work, or a power adder.
