![]() I'll let my Uncle know about this. He actually sold the Boss because he wasn't happy with the engines performance, so there isn't much left for him to do. I will pass the information along to him though.
He had been searching for a Boss for years, probably about 15 years to be exact, and seriously looking for at least 5. I really hope he didn't sell his dream because of an engine builder making it not live up to expectations. Thanks for the info Kevin. My dad has also had terrible luck with engine builders, he had his (now my) 427 rebuilt by a pro who put the cam bearings in backwards. You can imagine what the sudden loss of all oil pressure led to. Yep burnt rods. I myself have had very poor luck with "the pros" on stuff as simple as a clutch job some years ago. |
