That is evil. You know things like that happen more often than you would think. My friend has an Integra GSR and he had to take off his CAI put the stock air inlet and filter back on for smog. He forgot that some hardware was in the inlet tube and put it back together.
He came to work the next day and asked me to look at his car because the throttle was stuck open. I messed with it and pulled the throttle body off to find a large bolt wedged in there holding it open. He was a little luckier, though, as the other hardware was still in the plastic bag sitting in the inlet.
