Try to give your tower a lot of room on all sides. e.g dont back the tower into the wall on either side. Also a cheap trick you could try is get a small room fan a keep the room cool. It will lower the humidity level in the room. Also make sure you dont have any dust in your tower. It can keep A LOT of heat in the pc regardless of the fan size.
