Just FYI - you want basically oval shaped wear patterns in the center of the teeth, or fairly close to center. When you put them in, you want to put bluing on the teeth and try to get as close as possible to the same wear patterns when you rotate. Also, of course, you don't want any pits or anything even approaching rough on the wear pattern.
