Cool

The most badass burnout I've ever done was with my '88 LX 2.3L A4LD auto. It had 88hp and wouldn't spin it's tires if it's life depended on it. In this one instance, unrepeatable dispite my best efforts, I was on a semi wet road with a little debris at a stop sign. I had the turbines with 225/60 VR15 Eagles on it, and I did a little brake stand. As I let off the brakes all the sudden both back tires broke loose on the dirt and rock, there was smoke just piling off the back tires until the car hit 40mph. All the way through the intersection and another 20ft or so.

There were some guys and girls at the gas station right across and they watched my car do that slack jawed. Hehe, I'm so guessing they thought I had a 5.0.

So I'd have to say I've seen freak instances of tire burning.
