The way you have it broken down sounds pretty reasonable. Initially it sounded like some basic sanding and a respray (which seemed steep at the $3,000 price tag). I think if the shop has a good rep and is willing to stand by their work then go for it. I'd still compare a bunch of other quotes just so you have a feel for what the basic costs are in your area. Good luck and be sure to post pictures so we can all drool.
