There's really not a cut and dried answer to that one. A lot depends on the driver. Most stock 98 GTs run low 15s to high 14s on street tires. My guess on mph would be mid to high 80s. 98 GTs that came with 16 inch tires have a top speed limiter set somewhere around 120 - 125 mph. GTs that had the 17 wheel option with Z rated tires have no speed limiter.
