Well...since you've got a cogged Novi, I'm assuming this one serious motor. Those cog drives are just too damn noisy for the street. That said, I'd go with the 83mm MAF. That thing should flat out flow and even though the Pro-M 77mm MAF is a darn good piece, I think the 83mm would ultimately give better performance.
