I'd say do it. If you want a little more boost at street rpm, you could always run a big blower (like a D-series ATI or a novi 2000) that has a high step up ratio to make more boost at lower rpm. Otherwise, an S-trim should run like any other car when cruising...until you nail it and the boost kicks in. Just make sure you buy a kit with a bypass valve. Flooring it from a light and building up a lot of boost then having to slam on the brakes at the next light and have the boost back up in the inlet is no good at all.
