Not to bad it took me about 20 minutes. Basically you have to remove the crank pulley bolt, align the timing hub on the crank pulley, install new bolt and tourqe to specs. Then release belt, unbolt the A/C compressor(3 10mm bolts) and just let it hang, remove factory crank sensor, install sensor in provided bracket, install bracket and sensor into factory location, check clearance between trigger wheel and sensor, bolt compressor back in, re-install belt and set timing.
