They're a bit of a debate of which is better between C&L and Pro-M. People have had reasonable gains with both. However, there are better things to throw your money at right now.

As far as heads. The SVO heads may be a bit better, but for a fraction of the cost of replacing them you could pull your heads, have them ported and polished to better then the SVOs. So don't worry too much about that just yet.

The real question is, what have you done so far? And what are you looking for, and how much do you want to spend?
