I like the C&L alot and it offered nice power gains of about 10-12rwhp on my car and I've had no problems with it since. I also got the C&L and the bassani X pipe off a wrecked Cobra for 250.00 which didn't hurt.

Like mustang92 said, take care of the other needs first and get the C&L to top it off.
