Adjustables: you can adjust the stiffness of the shock/strut. Non-adjustables: self explanitory www.tokico.com/ www.koni.com/ If you are not doing a bunch of road racing then the non-adjustables will work fine. I would go with the non-adjustable Tokicos if it were me. Those would be the ones that TruBlu01 posted the price for.
