You will notice a slight decline on the charge\discharge guage. But even at idle in stop and go traffic, it's still well into the normal range.

I ran motorsport pullies for over a year bafore I put on my blower and never had any problems at all.

Expect somewhere around 5-7 hp gain at the rear wheels.
