I'm assuming you mean the bottom cushion. There are two push in tabs located just under the front lip of the cushion approximately 8 inches in from eash side. If you lift up on the cushion and feel for them you find them. Then get a screw driver and push in the center piece and that releases each side. Once you push in both sides just pull it out.

The other half of the rear seat should be pretty obvious, I think it's 4-6 bolts.
