How did the first incident originate? If it was the result of an overspeed( excessive speed @ a downshift - this is NOT protected by the rev. limiter) there could have been clutch disc damage that they did not fix. Bottom line- there are out of ballance parts and they MUST be fixed to prevent further damage to the trans. long term and to satisfy you short term!
