The repair was obviously not complete ir done properly. You deserve and should get better. The reinstall of the trans may have been botched. I would not worry too much about any residual trans dammage- they can take some slapping ( clutch failure) I dont think you did too much damage because of the care and prompt repair you got on the clutch. Funny thing, the incident occurred from a mild use but the damage to the clutch could have happened in earlier spirited driving. Did they cover this under warranty?
