![]() There are a couple simple things you can check. The fuel system should prime when you cycle the key, since it's not the fuel pump relay is activated by the eec power relay whihc gets it ground from the wire coming off the negetive battery cable so if it not connected or dirty can cause the pump not run. I would also check all grounds since you did this to paint the engine area, gounds are the most likely suspect I think
