I've had some great races with LS1's(and a couple of vetts). Won some, lost some, it always depends on the launch.
The SN95's weight more than the f-bodies. By 350 pounds, I think. (Someone may have the exact numbers.) I know there is a significant advantage to the f-bodies. The fox body Mustang is around half a second quicker in the quarter than SN95's(stock) so it takes more to get the SN95 into the 13 range. Get some 410's. I'm now convinced that they are the best for the SN95's. If you can launch well with those it would make a huge difference. ------------------ 1995 GT Black sleeper Edelbrock 6037 heads,Edelbrock proformer intake,Edelbrock cam, 70mm TB,75mm pro-m mass air,Taylor wires, Underdrive pulleys,Equal length headers,K&N filter Flowmaster cat-back, Eibach pro rate springs lower control arms 3.73 gear Centerforce clutch |
