![]() There's a cable that holds the top tight to the frame. If you disconnect it at one end, you should be able to make the top loose enough to get in to remove the latch. Then you just put your top down half way to take out the slack. Unfortunately it's still pretty frozen up here so I can't get any pictures to send you.
I pulled my latch off last summer to fix an elongated hole that caused it to not clamp very tight. ------------------ 351W 89 Mustang GT Convertible |
