![]() I've heard of some cars having wiring harnesses that are too tight...hence the stalling while the steering is locked. The turning force can jar the engine slightly and tug on a wiring harness....causing the car to stall. As for reversing up a steep driveway...I think Rustang is right. Sounds like your idle is a bit too low. I doubt it's the fuel pump. If anything with your car's @ss end higher than the engine the fuel should get gravity to assist it in it's trip to the engine. Sounds like a sensor problem to me. Run a diagnostic and see what codes you can pull.
