Well since it is against the law to remove your cats in any way I would say put them back on... You actually aren't sposed to remove them at all unless they are not working properly... (not that I actually listened) without cats your car will be much louder and the drone between 1800 and 2800 RPMs will be MUCH worse... the power you will see is hardly worth it... so if your gonna replace your H-Pipe, get one with cats... or you'll have a hard time getting an inspection sticker if they check emissions where you are...
