There a so many poeple out there that thingk they have a fast car...... Much of the time they dont know how to dire the car or it is out of tune and they think it runs great. I belive that car might have been stock I know they made some stock with turbos in them then again maybe not. But a 4cl turbo If done and drove right can be faster than many STOCK mustangs. A friend as a nice Conquest with only new EX (NOT A FART TIP) Flows, and a new wastgat and free or cheap mods that I have helped with and it runs high 13 all day.
P.S. MY stang will kill his car  when back on the road....
