The Gears and exhaust ideas sound good but: Cobra intake-no, alternator-if you really think you need it, EEC tuner-not needed now. Cold air kit-good but moneywise I would do other things first.

I would do more suspension and chassis stuff first since your car is a convertible. Subframe connectors would be first on my list and I'd look into some new u & l control arms. you can get sets of those for between $150 and $200
