I resurfaced the flywheel and put a V8 bracket so it would be stronger. I had to shave a little off the edges to get the fork to pivot past the bracket. But a friend did the same thing to his and it worked great. But you're right, I've been to every sight I could find and I thought Stangnet was pretty good until I got this reply. You have given me more info than anybody. Adding those sights and pictures really helped. Just one question, how much would that adapter plate cost approximately? I can exchange everything else for a 9" set-up. (right now I have 8.5") By the way, would I need a 9" or 10"? Thanks again, CHEWY
