Sorry to here that, but it seems like you came out the best in a bad situation. It could of been worse TXinPA said. You could of had kids even then relised or he could of found someone and cheated on you. This way is the best, there is no sense to try to make a relationship that isn't going to work, work. Sorry to hear about you being homeless, don't worry there are lots of nice guys out there (lots on this board too) You'll be fine things always turn out for the best.
