I had the same problem when I first built my 347. I had ALOT of oil coming out the breathers. I was using the Comp valve covers (the composite ones right?) with the universal breather stand and clamp on K&N breather. I was told the strokers produce more crankcase pressure and you need to have a good venting system and a good baffle. I switched to Trick Flow tall valve covers and am using a baffle and it has solved the problem. I don't know if you can use the tall covers (I am carb'd) but a good baffle should help
