Question Power Door Locks

I bought my Stang with an Alpine alarm system on it from a previous owner. When I bought it the power door locks didn't work, but he had them fixed when I picked it up a week later after I had the cash together. After I had the car for a couple of months the power door locks went out on me and I can't get ahold of the guy I bought it from. The odd part of this problem is the passenger side unlock will unlock both doors so I know the actuaters(sp?) work. Does the alarm have anything to do with this? Do any of you have any sugestions on how to fix this?

Your going to have to check the connection on the drivers side. Maybe it's disconnected or shorted out. A volt meter or a circuit tester would work.
