Post building a 408 stroker need some advice

i'm wanting to build up a stroker and i have decided to build me a 408 stroker i already have a set of trick flow heads they have been ported from fox-lake stage 2 they have been ported out to a 1262 gasket and i also have a holly intake ported and port matched.and i also have the complete aeromotive fuel system.and i also have a set of bassani 1/34 full length and a 3 inch x pipe to match i also had them jet hot coated.this engine i'm building is going to be for the street and strip and it's also going to have nitrous on it no more than a 150 shot.what i would like to know is who would be the best engine builder out there to build my short block.thanks for your help
