Unhappy It's our turn I guess...

Well, you guys are family and lately everyone has been sharing so I thought I'd share this. Recently my wife has been having some bad abdominal cramps (common enough so we didn't think anything about it) and I finally convinced her to see her doctor just to check everything out. Long story short, she is in surgery having a tumor removed off of her uterus. This is insane... it was like we're here for Anja's checkup and twenty minutes later they're prepping her for surgery. I'm a wreck right now but I had to zip home to get my phone so I thought i'd share with my extended family (you guys )
I'll keep everyone posted. So if there's any prayers left from anybody I could sure use some.
Thanks guys...

Brett

Sorry to hear that Stefan. Our prayers are with y'all...

Just so you won't feel alone: My wife had to have surgery for a tumor on her ovary when she was 16! We were just dating back then...

Funny thing is, the first person she asked for when she became concious again was me...
Kinda pissed off my future mother-in-law.

I hope everything goes well...

I hope all went well, man, I hear it's a pretty common surgery. Good luck!

I'll say a prayer tonight for your wife. Good thing is, they got the Tumor before things started really going down hill.

Everything will turn out for the best. Bet shes Glad you were there to convince her to go to the hospital.

Ok, we might get to take her home today. The surgery lasted a couple of hours and the doctor told me everything went well. They still need to send everything off for a biopsy but they don't think anything is cancerous. I feel better now. The worst part was just the way that it all happened so fast. It tears me up to see other people when they are scared and Anja was scared to death. All I could do was hold her hand as they wheeled her towards the OR and then I had to leave. I felt so helpless. I need to do something about my overactive imagination because I tortured myself in the waiting room. Everything will be fine but it sure scared the sh*t out of me. I'm done rambling guys. Thanks for the support. I wasn't begging sympathy but I am sure glad you guys care. Anja means everything to me (don't tell my cars )

signing off, an exhausted, stressed out, headache sufferin', stomach churning, shaky hand havin' man in love...

Brett,
I'm sorry to hear about your wife. I glad all went well. Your wife is very lucky to have such a caring and loving husband! Overactive imaginations can eat your lunch. I have one myself!!! Makes things very hard at times, but I know exactly what you are talking about. It can be absolute torture!!
Tell Anja that I wish her a speedy recovery. (we wont say anything to the cars!) Take care, Christine

She's back and sleeping on the couch now. Everything is going to be fine. Thanks for all the support and I promise my next post will be the usual naive tech question.

How much hp does a 96...
