Talking Rock my arms baby

I have had it up to here with my crane cams roller tiped rocker arms. Will someone please tell which brand of rocker arms to buy that wont make noise and wont come free after 1 mile on the road. I know how to install them I just dont know why they keep breaking loose. I was thinking about buying 1.7 ratio rockers but havent had time to compare other brand names. Let me know what U R using in your stang. ( THANKS )

Are you locking them properly? After tightening the lock in the middle, snug down the big nut on the outside.

i am using 1.5 crane full roller tip and fulcrum in my 72 chevelle with a blown 406 smallblock.i race it off and on,turn it 6500,and have never had a problem.if it was me i would go with the full roller not just the tip.my 2 cents.

My bad, the roller-tip only rockers use a locknut rather than poly-locks. Forget about my first response. I have Ford Motorsport rockers with no problems.

I do not know why but I had one rocker that would keep backing off so I took loc-tite and put it on them and no more problems.

And yes I tightened the **** out of them.

Comp cams 1.70 roller rockers

FiveO that is ******* BEAUTIFUL.
Bcinyuz, I have been using crane 1.7 roller rockers for months now and havent had a single problem. Good luck and make SURE you shim them right.
