Question about veiwing the site

I am veiwing this site on my computer when i look at it in IE the side view is very blury and the colors are distorded. but when i look at it in netscape it looks fine.

Do you know what setting i need to change on my computer so it looks write.

i am running IE version 5.5 sp2
