This is the fun part. You set it just like you would with the other cars except you have to remove the Idle Air Control solenoid to get to one screw which means you have to pull the Throttle Body which means you can't start the car which means you got to set the voltage to about .900 because when you start the car the voltage goes up a little and if you set it to .998 with the engine off it will be about 1.04 with the engine on. That will give you a nasty hesitation just off idle.

And the BEST part is, the TPS for the 94-95 have little metal inserts so you don't break the TPS when you tighten it down too tight so you can't just file the holes into slots to get a little more adjustment.

Once you pull the TB and get the IAC off, you put the TB back on and turn the car on. Using a digital voltmeter, you can backprobe the middle wire (or stick a small sewing needle in the wire) on the connector to get the voltage. One wire will have about 5 volts constant and the other will be a ground. The right wire will be the one whose voltage changes as the throttle is opened. Without the car running I set mine at about .900 which puts me pretty close to 1.0 with the car running. If it gets over 1.0 too much, the car will idle rough and you will have a hesitation off idle. TPS adjustment isn't really as critical as everyone claims. If it is between .97-.999 it is good enough.
