Talking Vic jr intake clearance??

Does anyone know if a Victor Jr. intake with a 750 carb on a 351w, will fit under a 2 1/2" cervini's cowl hood with stock motor mounts?????

you'll need a different air filter. where the bottum goes down. I have a victor and a 3" hood and it touches the hood
